Today’s Major Conflicts

In 2026, several wars are happening at the same time. The world now a days is very close to
World War III but is not officially started yet. The situation has expanded significantly in last 24
hours. Especially with the two major conflict that are heating up at the same time. People are
worried that these can cause a major global conflict.

Is This World War III?

Politicians like Canada prime minister warned that rules are breaking down, old rules that kept
peace in all countries are now collapsing. World politicians and experts are very tensed. A
recent poll showed that almost half of the Britons and American think that there are possibility
of world war III in next five years.

Big powers like the U.S, Russia and China are not directly fighting with each other globally. So
we can’t say that World War III has started. But there are multiple conflicts that are happening
right now in different countries. These conflicts creates a huge risk of bigger war.

Conflict #1: The US & Israel vs Iran (Active War)

The U.S and Israel are attacking Iran which creates a dangerous situation.

What’s going on?

The United States and Israel launched coordinate airstrike toward Iran’s capital Tehran on
February 28, 2026. United States had started “major combat operations” according to
president Trump.

Why is this happening?

The talks about Iran’s nuclear program failed because Iran disagreed to handover his nuclear
program/project to United States. The U.S don’t want Iran to become country with nuclear
power, they believe Iran is building nuclear bomb.

According to resources, Explosions were heard near Iran’s Supreme Leader’s office. Iran has not
attacked back, but its comrades are getting ready. Yemen’s Houthi group which is supported by
Iran has committed to attack ships again in the Red Sea. Israel and Iraq both countries has shut
down there airspaces. No planes can fly through their skies which can increase the fear of more
attacks. Russia and China are supporting Tehran right now. They are holding military exercises
in the region with Iran.

Conflict #2: Pakistan vs Afghanistan (Open War)

This is a separate conflict from the one in the Middle East, but it cause more tension and
instability in the region.

What is happening?

A new conflict is happening between Pakistan and Afghanistan. It was started as a small fight
on borders, but then it turned into an open war.

Latest Updates:

Latest update about conflict tells that Pakistan carried out airstrikes inside Afghanistan and
killed over 300 soldiers. The main purpose was to kill militants that were hiding in Afghanistan.

Afghanistan claims that Pakistan killed civilians, at least 19 people, these were mostly women
and children. The United Nations has asked both countries to stop the war.

Middle East Crisis (Yemen, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia)

Iran & Yemen: As mentioned, the Houthi rebels in Yemen who support Iran are ready to join
the fight against the US and Israel.

Saudi Arabia and UAE: these countries host U.S military bases so Iran fired missiles toward
these countries. Because of this airports closed and people hide in shelters.

Iraq: different groups inside Iraq, in which some are supported by U.S and some are supported
by Iran are fighting with each other.

China and Russia

They are not fighting with each other but these show support toward Iran. Russia is still in war
with Ukraine. Russia is helping Iran with technology. They both are staying close to Iran to
balance out the power of U.S.

The Risk of 2026: Are We Entering World War III?

Right now we are in “Multi Polar War”. Many different wars are happening, but they are not
combined together into one giant war yet.

The Big Power Join In: if the powerful countries like China and Russia enters in the fight against
U.S and Israel, then it will become big war which will cover the whole planet.

Nuclear Weapons: if any country used nuclear weapon or nuclear bomb in future, it will cause
a global disaster.
